Responsibilities Execute trades with precision using Interactive Brokers platform Monitor and analyze market trends to inform trading strategies Collaborate with risk management to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Implement best practices for trading operations to optimize performance Provide detailed reports and analysis on trading performance and strategies to stakeholders Facilitate communication between trading, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless processes Develop and refine trading strategies based on market research and performance analysis Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field Proven experience in trading operations, preferably with Interactive Brokers Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data Excellent understanding of financial markets and trading strategies Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in trade execution Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
