Equipment Engineer

The Equipment Engineer is responsible for managing construction equipment, ensuring availability, maintenance, and performance efficiency across the project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory of construction equipment and tools.

- Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules.

- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

- Assess equipment performance and utilization.

- Support procurement of new machinery and tools.

- Liaise with vendors for spare parts and services.

- Prepare equipment maintenance reports.

- Train site teams on safe equipment usage.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related Engineering field.

- Certified and registered engineer.

- 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or engineering.

- Strong understanding of heavy machinery and tools.

- Familiar with maintenance software and systems.

- Ability to manage budgets and vendors.

- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

- Knowledge of site safety protocols.
