  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle at all times
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing and repairs
  • Keep accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and maintenance logs
  • Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations
  • Assist with loading and unloading of items when required
  • Deliver documents, packages, and office materials in a timely manner
  • Support office staff with administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling company matters
  • Monitor fuel levels and manage refueling efficiently
  • Respond promptly and responsibly to any road or vehicle emergencies
