Lead and execute the overall digital marketing strategy across performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and e-commerce.Oversee digital platforms including website UX/content, analytics tools, and CRM systems to drive customer acquisition and retention.Manage content planning, social campaigns, influencer marketing, and email marketing to strengthen brand presence.Track, analyse, and report digital performance metrics, providing insights and optimisation recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Profile
10+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally within luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors.Proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, CRM strategy, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio).Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading digital teams and cross-functional collaboration.Creative, analytical, and commercially driven, with the ability to deliver impactful digital campaigns aligned to business goals.
