We’re looking for a unique hybrid professional who bridges DevOps engineering, cloud infrastructure, IT governance, and cybersecurity.
This is not a traditional infrastructure or helpdesk role.
You will help build and govern the secure, scalable foundation supporting KaizenAMS’s digital transformation and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Build and manage cloud environments across Azure and GCP Design and operate governed CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows Implement IAM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, audit logging, and security controls Support governance, access control, and integrations across core business platforms and cloud environments Support cybersecurity, compliance, and UAE PDPL alignment Build and maintain secure AI/cloud infrastructure environments Must-Have Skills: Must be driven by Artificial Intelligence 5+ years hands-on cloud infrastructure experience (Azure, GCP, or both) Strong CI/CD pipeline design and automation experience Infrastructure-as-Code proficiency (Terraform / Bicep) Strong understanding of IAM, security controls, and audit logging Experience in cybersecurity governance and compliance Familiarity with UAE PDPL or similar data protection regulations Nice-to-Have: Azure OpenAI / Claude API integration experience Power Platform / Google Workspace governance background ISO 27001 familiarity Experience working with outsourced IT operating models Who You Are: If you enjoy creating systems with a strong focus on governance, security, and operational discipline, this role is perfect for you.
