Position Title:             Delivery Manager

Employment Type:     Full Time

Salary:                        up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location:            Dubai, UAE

 

About the Client:

An iconic international fast-food brand.

 

Job Description:

  • Analyze existing delivery operations, systems, and performance metrics to identify and prioritize high value improvement opportunities for the delivery function.
  • Provide insight through analytics and foster continuous improvement.
  • Publish timely metrics and dashboards to report status accurately to all stakeholders and Senior Leadership Teams
  • Coordinate delivery team members, routes, and budgets to facilitate delivery of Jollibee products to customers. 


المهارات

Qualifications:

  • 39 years old and below
  • With at least 5 years’ experience in the restaurant or food service industry, with at least 3 years in a delivery supervisor or managerial role.
  • Proven ability to manage logistics, team performance, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
