L.C is seeking a compassionate and experienced Construction Site Nurse to provide healthcare support and emergency medical assistance at our construction sites.
The Site Nurse will be responsible for administering first aid, monitoring workers' health, promoting health and safety awareness, and supporting occupational health initiatives onsite.
Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid and emergency medical treatment to workers injured or unwell onsite.
Monitor and assess the health conditions of employees and refer cases to medical facilities when necessary.
Maintain health records and report any illness or injury incidents promptly.
Conduct health and safety training sessions related to occupational hazards and preventive care.
Coordinate with safety officers and management to promote workplace safety and hygiene.
Manage and maintain medical supplies and first aid kits at the site.
Ensure compliance with company health policies and local health regulations.

Proven experience working as a nurse, preferably in construction or industrial settings.
First Aid and CPR certification are mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
