Construction Manager – Structure / Pump station

Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Construction Manager specializing in Structure and Pump Station projects to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Job Responsibility:
1. Supervising and overseeing all construction activities related to structures and pump stations.
2. Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
3. Coordinating with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on site.
5. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
6. Keeping detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any changes or deviations from the original plan.
7. Reporting regularly to senior management on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Proven experience in construction management, specifically in the field of structures and pump stations.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, practices, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
