2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proficiency with compliance and auditing software and MS Office applications.
