الوصف الوظيفي

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, arrange meetings, and maintain ongoing communication to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Follow up on marketing leads, convert them into assignments by showcasing services and value, and proactively identify upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and accurate documentation of client interactions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction closely, promptly resolving any issues or concerns to maintain strong relationships.

Salary:                        up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A prominent financial services provider based in Dubai, offering expert auditing, VAT, and advisory solutions worldwide

 

Qualifications:

  • Open to Indian and Sri Lankan nationalities, Female, 40 years old and below
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year experience in accounting and auditing firm in UAE or home country experience is acceptable
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer management systems is a plus
