KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Superintendent to support a major ADNOC project. The role will initially be based in our Abu Dhabi office, after which the selected candidate will transition to the project site location during the execution phase.
The Civil/Structural Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards, and safety requirements. The role includes oversight of contractors, monitoring progress and quality, resolving site issues, supporting construction planning, and ensuring timely and safe execution of all civil/structural works.

Requirements:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a MUST.
2. Minimum Overall 18+ years of experience in execution of FEED / EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry with minimum 5 year’s experience in GCC region
3. Having minimum 5+ years of previous experience working in similar position for international major Oil & Gas EPC projects.
4. Having previous experience in handling ADNOC Projects will be an added advantage.
