Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial & residential)
  

  
  

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
  

  
  

• Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and labour teams
  

  
  

• Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and civil defence standards
  

  
  

• Manage materials, quality checks, and timely progress
  

  
  

• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
  

  
  

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clients
  

  
  

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
  

  
  

• Must have UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out
  

  
  

• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience

  
  

• DM approval is mandatory
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of site execution & authority procedures
  

  
  

• UAE Driving Licence is required
