Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:

• Review architectural and structural drawings to plan construction methods, materials, and schedules.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and site supervisors to align on project requirements.
• Prepare project execution plans, timelines, and budgets.

Site Supervision and Execution:

• Supervise day-to-day operations at villa construction sites.
• Ensure proper execution of foundation works, structural framing, roofing, plastering, and finishing as per design.
• Conduct site inspections to verify work progress and compliance with engineering standards.

Quality and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to building codes, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; recommend corrective measures if necessary.
• Maintain site documentation including inspection reports, material test results, and construction logs.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical updates and recommendations.

Budget and Cost Control:

• Assist in cost estimation and procurement of construction materials.
• Monitor project costs and ensure they align with approved budgets.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

• Enforce site safety rules and conduct toolbox talks and safety drills.
• Identify and mitigate potential hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
