• Education: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• English proficiency for effective communication with guests, teams, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, generators, BMS, and life-safety systems.
• Experience with BMS operation and control (BAS/automation systems).
• Leadership skills managing the engineering team and shift activities.
• Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting with a strong root-cause approach.
• Valid certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, firefighting, steam/boiler, generator, BMS) relevant to hotel engineering.
• Budgeting and asset planning experience with CAPEX/OPEX exposure.
