Business Setup Executive (English & Mandarin Speaking)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and reliable Business Setup Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in handling business formation processes in the UAE and be fluent in both English and Mandarin. This role involves end-to-end management of client requirements, documentation, and coordination with government and free zone authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the complete business setup process for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore companies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance tailored to their business needs.
• Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation and applications for licensing, visas, and approvals.
• Coordinate with UAE government departments (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, etc.) and free zone authorities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and keep clients updated on progress.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Mandarin to handle international clients effectively.
