The Business Development Officer is a key player in driving growth and expansion for our branding company in Dubai, responsible for managing the entire 360 sales cycle. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and enhancing our brand presence in the market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for branding and design. The Business Development Officer will collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop innovative strategies that align with our business objectives throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the branding and design sector across the entire sales cycle.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their branding needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth and sales enhancement.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our branding solutions throughout the sales process.
  5. Attend networking events and industry conferences to promote the company and its branding services, generating leads and closing sales.
  6. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the value of effective branding and managing follow-ups.
  7. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to inform branding strategies and sales tactics.
  8. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics related to branding projects across all stages of the sales cycle.
  9. Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and outcomes to the management team.
  10. Assist in the development of marketing strategies that align with branding objectives and support the sales process.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on branding and sales.
  2. Proven track record in business development or sales within the branding or design industry, managing the full sales cycle.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team to drive sales success.
  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills tailored to branding solutions and closing deals.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities relevant to brand positioning and sales strategies.
  6. Familiarity with branding trends and tools in the digital landscape to enhance sales efforts.
  7. Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for branding and achieving sales goals.
  8. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic branding environment while managing multiple sales opportunities.
  9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle the complexities of the 360 sales cycle.
