The role



We are seeking a Business Development Manager – Credit Financing to take ownership of qlub’s new financing product and drive its growth across the region. You will sell qlub’s lending solution to restaurants and hospitality partners, helping them unlock cash flow, fund renovations, manage operational expenses, and access flexible financing when they need it most.



You’ll be responsible for turning leads into long-term clients, closing deals, and building strong relationships with restaurant owners, finance leaders, and key decision-makers. This is not just a sales role, it is a growth mission. You’ll play a direct role in shaping how qlub’s financing arm scales across the Middle East and beyond.

What You’ll Be Driving



  • Proactively source and qualify leads through multiple channels, identifying restaurant groups, hospitality operators, and key decision-makers who could benefit from qlub’s credit financing solution.



  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls through to pitching, closing, onboarding, and successful launch.



  • Build and nurture strong relationships with restaurant owners, finance managers, operators, and decision-makers, positioning qlub’s financing product as a practical solution to support their growth and cash flow needs.



  • Understand each partner’s business needs, including cash flow challenges, renovation plans, expansion requirements, working capital needs, and operational expenses, and tailor the financing conversation accordingly.



  • Present and pitch qlub’s lending solution with clarity and confidence, explaining the value proposition, financing structure, eligibility requirements, repayment terms, and commercial benefits in a simple and compelling way.



  • Analyze lead generation, pipeline, and sales performance data to improve conversion rates, refine outreach strategies, and identify opportunities to scale the product more effectively.



  • Work closely with product, finance, risk, and operations teams to share customer insights, improve the financing journey, and ensure a smooth partner experience from application to approval and activation.



  • Represent qlub in meetings, events, and calls with restaurant groups, franchise owners, hospitality operators, and strategic partners.




Qualifications



  • Proven experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or growth (preferably with financing/lending sales experience)



  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills — confident with business owners and managers



  • Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive, and driven by results



  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)



  • Passionate about the F&B, hospitality, or fintech industry



  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment



  • Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners



  • Outgoing personality – able to connect easily with people and engage in natural, authentic conversations



  • Open-minded and driven, with the willingness to go beyond fixed working hours when needed to deliver impact
