Program Overview

Our 3-month incubation journey is designed to equip you with the skills, exposure, and confidence to thrive in a global marketplace:

• Month 1: Instructional Training Dive into global business essentials, understand the WERN, Premium Brands, and ABI Group vision, and build a strong foundation in market expansion, digital strategy, and leadership.
• Months 2 & 3: Rotational On-the-Job Training Get hands-on experience across different departments. Work on live global projects and learn directly from our industry-leading experts.
• Post-Program Placement Upon successful completion, high-performing participants will be considered for permanent placement within our global teams, kickstarting their career with WERN.
