Blockchain Product Manager

Blockchain Product Planning & Design

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of blockchain-related products (e.g., wallets), from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and go-to-market strategy.
• Design product architectures and functional modules aligned with blockchain technology characteristics, ensuring scalability, security, and user-centric experience.
• Draft comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and technical solution outlines. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Industry Research & Competitive Analysis

• Stay up to date with trends in the blockchain industry, including regulatory developments and market shifts, and define product differentiation strategies accordingly.
• Conduct in-depth competitor benchmarking and user behavior analysis to extract key insights and refine product strategy.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Ecosystem Development

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and other internal teams to drive product development and iteration.
• Engage with blockchain developers, node operators, communities, and other ecosystem participants to promote ecosystem growth and product adoption.

User Experience & Data-driven Optimization

• Monitor on-chain metrics (e.g., transaction volume, gas fees, wallet address growth) and user feedback to continuously improve product usability and performance.

Risk Management & Compliance

• Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Assess smart contract security risks and work closely with the security team to conduct audits and reviews.
