Black & Grey HR is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler (Architecture) for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating architectural BIM models in line with project drawings, specifications, local authority requirements, and company BIM standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop detailed architectural BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
- Produce architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and authority regulations.
- Update and maintain BIM models throughout project stages.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist BIM Coordinators and project teams with model reviews and design coordination.
- Maintain accurate model data, templates, and libraries.
- Ensure timely delivery of BIM models and project documentation.
- Support quantity take-offs and extraction of project-related information from BIM models.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Architecture) in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows, and coordination processes.
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction methodologies.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
