The Bedaya Program is a pre-graduate initiative aimed at engaging Emirati university students during their education. This program offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and global opportunities, preparing participants for full-time careers in banking and enhancing their chances of joining the prestigious Ethraa & MTP Graduate Programs.

Learning Journey

• Induction: 1-day onboarding and orientation
• Foundation: 4 weeks of banking fundamentals and governance modules
• Exploration: 4 weeks of on-the-job training and mentorship
• Transition: 1 week of career workshops and professional development

• Participate in structured training during university breaks
• Engage in cross-functional projects and on-the-job learning
• Complete curated e-learning and mentorship sessions
• Prepare for transition to full-time career through workshops and assessments

• UAE National with a Family Book
• 3rd or 4th year university student
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Majors include:
