Our client is an awarding winning Hotel offering luxury rooms, hosting bespoke events with style, popular restaurants and F&B outlets.

We are seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager with experience in a reputable hotel in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Maximise sales and marketing opportunities within the hotel’s policies, procedures and standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service levels are maintained when processing reservations and guest requests.
• Access and interpret Human Resource policies and legislative requirements for efficient implementation.
• Facilitate effective interdepartmental co-operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded.
• Manage room inventory with diligent adherence to checklists and systems.
• Maintain the data integrity of the Property Management System with respect to guest profiles, history, sales and marketing.
• Manage the Revenue Management System with strict adherence to the hotel’s standards and audit preparation requirements.
