Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, including drawings, models, and specifications.
• Meet with clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and budget.
• Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
• Oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity and resolve site issues.
• Provide input on material selection, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Use CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce and modify architectural plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
