Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage updates to the master plan, including the detailed planning and coordination of individual plot layouts.
Review and assess architectural drawings for tenant fit-outs to ensure alignment with design guidelines and overall development standards.
Lead the architectural planning and design efforts for upcoming CAPEX projects, including:
Evaluate architectural submissions and development proposals from investors and partners, including but not limited to:
Qualifications & Experience:
Architectural Design & Detailing: Ability to create and review design concepts, technical drawings, and detailed layouts.
Project Management: Experience in managing multiple design and construction projects simultaneously with a focus on timelines and budgets.
Design Software Proficiency: Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other 3D modeling and visualization tools.
Fit-out Coordination: Knowledge of interior design requirements, MEP coordination, and tenant handover procedures.
Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
