Ontime Group is urgently seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Architect/Facility Planner to join our team immediately.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and planning efficient facility layouts while communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their facility planning and architectural needs, with strong emphasis on Arabic communication.
Prepare detailed architectural and facility layout designs using industry-standard software.
Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct feasibility studies and site evaluations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
Provide clear and effective presentations and reports in Arabic and English.
Stay current with design trends, building technologies, and best practices.
Salary + Benefits Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Fluency in Arabic and English with excellent communication skills.
Proven experience in facility planning and architectural design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Portfolio demonstrating prior facility planning and architectural projects.
