About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Specialist to join our team and leverage the vast ecosystem of AI software and tools to drive competitive advantage across our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption, exploring and implementing the latest AI platforms, tools, and solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and unlock new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

AI Software Implementation & Strategy

  • Research, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge AI tools and platforms (ChatGPT, Claude,Midjourney, Notion AI, Jasper, etc.)
  • Develop comprehensive AI adoption strategies across different business functions
  • Create workflows and processes that leverage AI software to maximize efficiency and output
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and platforms, constantly testing and evaluating new solutions


Process Optimization & Automation

  • Identify business processes that can be enhanced or automated using existing AI software
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows for content creation, data analysis, customer service,and operations
  • Train team members on effective AI tool usage and best practices
  • Develop standard operating procedures for AI software integration


Strategic AI Leadership

  • Act as the organization's AI evangelist and guide strategic AI decision-making
  • Monitor AI industry trends and assess their potential impact on our business
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify AI opportunities specific to their functions
  • Build and maintain relationships with AI software vendors and service providers

المهارات

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Digital Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working with AI software and platforms
  • Proven track record of implementing digital solutions that drive business results
  • Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration


AI Software Expertise

  • Extensive hands-on experience with popular AI platforms (Open AI, Anthropic Claude, Google Bard, Microsoft Copilot)
  • Proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools (Notion AI, Grammarly, Jasper, Copy.ai, Canva AI)
  • Experience with AI image and video generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion,RunwayML)
  • Knowledge of AI automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, Microsoft Power Automate)
  • Familiarity with AI analytics and business intelligence tools


Core Competencies

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to assess tool effectiveness and ROI
  • Excellent communication skills to train and support team members
  • Creative problem-solving approach to identify AI implementation opportunities
  • Understanding of data privacy, security, and AI ethics considerations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple AI projects simultaneously


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with emerging AI technologies like GPT-4, Claude 3, and other large language models
  • Knowledge of AI integration APIs and workflow automation
  • Experience in training teams on AI tool adoption and change management
  • Background in specific industry applications (marketing, operations, customer service, contentcreation)
  • Certification in AI platforms or digital transformation methodologies
  • Multilingual capabilities (Arabic/English) preferred for Dubai market
