Job responsibilities:
1. Assist the company in daily administrative and general management affairs, formulate and optimize management processes;
2. Assist in formulating various company rules and regulations and supervise their implementation to improve operational management efficiency;
3. Assist in the writing of important official documents, reports and meeting minutes;
4. Assist in the management of office assets, logistics support and other administrative affairs to ensure stable operations;
5. Assist in human resources related work, such as employee entry and exit procedures, attendance management, performance management, etc.;
6. Assist in corporate culture building, employee relationship management and team building to enhance organizational cohesion;
7. Handle other matters assigned by superiors to support the company's business development.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, administrative management, financial management, human resources and other related majors are preferred;
2. Those with more than 1 year of administrative management, financial management or comprehensive management experience are preferred, and those with work experience in the Middle East are preferred;
3. Have good Chinese and English written and oral communication skills, and can use English fluently for daily communication;
4. Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), with good data sorting skills;
5. Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and execution ability.
