Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of an office by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Will be responsible for managing daily office operations, which includes organizing and maintaining filing systems and ensuring a tidy work environment. 
2. will handle incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. Effective communication skills are essential for directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel. 
3. will manage calendars for teachers and students, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.  
4. will prepare various documents such as reports, memos, and presentations. This may involve writing, proofreading, and editing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. 
5. will perform data entry tasks, maintain databases, and track budgets or expenses. They ensure that all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
