We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting and Vacation Homes Operations professional with proven experience in Dubai’s real estate and short-term rental market.
Key Requirements:
• Solid background in accounting and financial management for companies based in Dubai, including VAT filing, invoicing, expense tracking, and monthly reporting.
• In-depth experience in the Vacation Homes sector, with knowledge of revenue/expense split, owner settlements, and short-term rental workflows.
• Strong familiarity with listing platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.
• Operational knowledge of Dubai systems including Trakheesi, DTCM, DEWA, Empower, Dubai REST, etc.
• Confident use of tools like Zoho CRM, Wafeq, QuickBooks, Hostaway, or similar.
• Fluent English is required (Italian is a plus).
