Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance:
• Track and manage all company expenses and financial records
• Create invoices and financial statements
• File VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE tax laws
• Maintain financial health and budgeting for business operations
• Understand and implement corporate tax regulations
E-commerce Support:
• Assist in order processing, packaging coordination, and online dispatches
• Help manage online listings, basic stock updates, and reporting
• Collaborate with the team to improve digital workflows and platform performance
Sales & Brand Development:
• Support in-store customer interactions and contribute to sales when required
• Explain brand story, product features, and abaya designs to walk-in customers
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and brand visibility
• Assist in building brand awareness through personal interaction and in-store engagement initiatives
Preferred (Not Mandatory):

🌟 Previous experience in e-commerce support or operations

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in accounting and VAT compliance
✅ Familiarity with invoicing, bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation
✅ Knowledge of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations
✅ Good command of MS Excel and accounting software/tools
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Customer-facing confidence and professional demeanor
✅ Proactive mindset with a willingness to assist in sales and brand-building efforts
