Account Executive (Finance)

Travellanda is currently recruiting in its Dubai office for an Account Executive (finance). It is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates who want to be part of an innovative company whose goal is to shape the future of the travel industry.

Tasks

Accounts Receivable:

• Send statements and reminders to clients and ensure payments are received accordingly
• Update invoices, credit notes and receipts on accounting system (SUN Systems)
• Allocation of receipts on our booking and accounting system (SUN Systems)
• Reconciliation of credit card payments received from clients

Accounts Payable:

• Process supplier invoices/statements to our booking system
• Solve any queries for invoices not agreeing with our booking system by liaising with Reservations Department and the respective supplier
• Download invoices from our booking system and upload to SUN Systems
• Pay suppliers according to the payment terms
• Reconcile supplier statements to our records
• Liaise with Credit Control Department on cross XML clients/suppliers

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Dubai
• Must be able to visit our Dubai office
