In this role you will work closely with the Executive team and be responsible for the growth of existing businesses and new business with Financial Institutions. You will be working with Banking and Fintech payers to allow grow the number of SME users/business across the region.

Description
To identify potential clients, negotiate deals, and manage relationships with clients and partners within the financial sector in GCCDevelop marketing and growth strategies while closely working with other teams, focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.To hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team with a particular focus on customer segments from mid-market to enterpriseDevelop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance againstSupply insights from merchants in the local marketsEnable the regional field team to drive the day-to-day interactions with prospects in order to build long-term business opportunityTo drive partnerships that create strong referral networks that generate high quality leadsTo inspire, motivate and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for the business


Profile
At least years of progressive professional Enterprise sales experience; with at least 5+ years in Fintech Banks, Payments Providers/EnablersAn ability to thrive in a high-pace environment; being the single escalation point for the team's day-to-day as well as the responsible individual who can report up to the executive team on progressA deep understanding of payments and e-commerce, particularly for SMEsA strong understanding of how to motivate both and inbound and outbound sales team with a range of experience and skillsetsExperience working in a startupManagerial experience is a plus, although this role would be in individual contributor at first
