What You Bring to the Table:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior architecture, or similar
• 1-3 years in a design-oriented architecture or interiors firm.
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of materiality, joinery, detailing, and construction methodologies.
• Clear communicator, sharp eye for detail, highly organized, and team-first mindset.
• Showing thoughtful design, spatial awareness, and technical precision.
• Willingness to take initiative, push creative boundaries, and go the extra mile if required.
• You must be very creative and self-motivated
• A solid background and knowledge of interior design fit-out and joinery details and construction process
What You’ll Responsible For
• Develop and produce visuals using Sketch-up, 3D Studio, V-ray, Lumion, Enscape
• You must be able to follow direction from your Production Manager and Designer with no supervision inclusive of site supervision when necessary
• You must be able to translate sketches or visuals into working tender/ construction drawings
• Work closely with the design team, understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic, photo-realistic 3D renderings, and/or animation
• Prepare advanced presentations in various graphic mediums
• Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modelling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery
• Efficient modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages
• 2D and 3D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings
• Willing to do more when and if occasionally required and work extra hours to complete the task required when required. Working late is not common practice at FNA, but occasionally there will be a deadline which requires additional effort [Overtime working hours is subject to time-in-leu as approved by company owner]
