Some of your responsibilities
- Support the design process for all UI/UX initiatives across HubX’s web platforms, from concept to final implementation.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for new features and improve existing screens.
- Analyze user feedback and behaviors to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
- Create rapid wireframes and prototypes, conducting user testing and iterating based on results.
- Collaborate with the growth team to design, execute, and iterate on A/B tests, using data insights to continuously optimize user flows and conversion performance.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate best practices into your projects.
- Ensure all designs align with the brand identity and studio standards.
- Design visually compelling infographic layouts and PDF experiences that clearly communicate complex information in a simple and engaging way.
What we look for
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with a strong ability to create and manage complex design files.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with design systems, including building and maintaining them in projects.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- High visual acumen across all creative disciplines, with a strong focus on aesthetic design and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex user journeys.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Ability to create micro animations using tools such as After Effects or LottieFiles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, problem-solving abilities, and design skills.
- Micro animations and animated videos are frequently used in our projects, so it is necessary to actively use LottieFiles and After Effects.
- A growth mindset with a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A strong portfolio: Should include examples that demonstrate your creativity and solution-oriented approach in web interface design and graphic production.
