Social Media Lead (Strategy & Execution)

Vizio AI is an AI-First Digital Transformation Studio helping companies unlock growth through data, automation, and AI-powered systems.

We are looking for a Social Media Lead who will own and run social media processes end-to-end across client accounts.

This is a hands-on execution role.

You will not just plan what to post.
You will define direction, create outputs, and run the process yourself.

• Define and evolve social media strategies
• Shape tone of voice and messaging
• Plan and produce posts, visuals, and short-form content
• Work directly with clients to align on direction and priorities
• Turn ideas into consistent, high-quality output
• Run weekly iterations based on performance
• Use AI tools to improve speed and quality of production

• 2–4 years experience managing social media end-to-end
• Proven ownership of at least one account or brand
• Ability to both think and execute (strategy + hands-on work)
• Strong visual production skills (Figma, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills (short-form content)
• Experience working directly with clients
• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience in agency or multi-client environments
• Familiarity with AI tools for content production
• Basic understanding of performance tracking and analytics

• You will work across multiple clients
• You will switch between strategy and execution daily
• You will be expected to move fast and iterate continuously
