📋 What You'll Be Doing Engineering Board & Sprint Management: Own and maintain the engineering board, run sprint planning, and ensure smooth delivery cycles across multiple product modules.
Release & Transition Management: Coordinate releases, manage handoffs between teams, and keep product transitions organized and predictable.
Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitors, identify feature and capability gaps, and translate findings into actionable product decisions.
Quality Assurance & Testing: Lead UAT processes, coordinate QA efforts, and ensure every release meets high standards of quality and reliability.
Roadmap Execution: Translate the founder's product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap and drive it to delivery.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to keep product, go-to-market, and customer-facing efforts in sync.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use SQL and product analytics to measure feature performance, usage patterns, and prioritization trade-offs.
Customer & Integration Support: Partner with customer-facing teams to explain technical integrations, resolve product issues, and feed customer insights back into the roadmap.

🎓 What We’re Looking For Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech/RegTech, with proven ownership of multiple products or modules.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on proficiency with SQL (MSSQL, PostgreSQL) for product analytics and data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with product and engineering tools such as Azure Boards, Postman, and Grafana.
Comfortable discussing technical integrations and API-level concepts with both engineers and customers.
Product Skills: Proven track record of owning roadmaps, running sprints, and shipping releases on time.
Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and identifying market gaps.
Experience coordinating QA and UAT processes to ensure release quality.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; able to align engineering, marketing, and sales teams around clear priorities.
Mindset: Ownership-driven, decisive, and comfortable working directly with founders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
