Security Engineer (Fintech)

We are looking for a dedicatedSecurity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for protecting our organization’s digital assets and maintaining a strong security posture. Your responsibilities will include:

• Security Infrastructure: Implementing, configuring, and managing core security solutions including EDR, DLP, DAM, PAM, and SIEM.
• Enhancing System Security: Strengthening the security of Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Threat Management: Managing and optimizing SIEM architecture (IBM QRadar), including complex log source integrations and rule tuning.
• SOC and Incident Response: Managing SOC processes and overseeing incident response lifecycles to effectively mitigate threats.
• Application Security: Conducting security assessments to protect web applications and designing/implementing WAF policies.
• Vendor Management: Collaborating with service providers to monitor and manage security services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Mathematics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in information security or cybersecurity.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in managing EDR, SIEM (QRadar), and DLP tools.
• Strong understanding of security concepts such as asset management, vulnerability management, and network/hardware security.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Personal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in payment, banking, or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of Central Bank regulations, KVKK, ISO 27001, and/or PCI-DSS standards.
