Ceva Tedarik Zinciri Çözümleri ve Teknoloji A.Ş. is inviting applications for the role of İstanbul Sales Management Manager Turkey within our Business Development division. This key role will be based in our Istanbul Emaar Merkez office and will focus on enhancing our International Road Freight operations through effective sales leadership and strategic market engagement.


As the Sales Management Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence across İstanbul region. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with our company goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the sales team focused on international road freight, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with Ceva's business objectives and growth plans in the Turkish market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through a deep understanding of client requirements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, including business development, operations, and customer service to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and stay ahead in a dynamic industry.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages professional development and continuous improvement.

Candidate Profile:


  • Proven experience in sales management within the logistics sector, specifically in international road freight.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Turkish and English, with the ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset, capable of analysing complex market data and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
