We are looking for our next “Production Shift Leader” in Hitachi Energy at Power Transformers ,Dilovasi-Kocaeli, who is eager to contribute the change with continuous improvement mindset and inspire people in the organization in order to reach the level of ‘’World Class Manufacturing ‘’ necessities with below qualifications;

How you will make impact:

• Passionate about operational excellence and create the best Customer experience.Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems

  
  
  

• Understanding and managing the processes and being role model of MOC management.

  
  
  

• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

  
  
  

• Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate non-conformities, and deliver excellent customer service

  
  
  

• Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems & Manage and set-up daily MDI KPI  following S,Q,D,I,C.

  
  
  

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.

  
  
  

• Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

  
  
  

Your background:

• Graduate of Faculty of Technical Education & Technical Drawing from Vocational School.

  
  
  

• At least 10 years of experience in working in Production, transformers experience is an asset.

  
  
  

• Eligible to work for 2 shifts when necessary.

  
  
  

• Ensure the necessary manufacturing conditions in line with company quality procedures in packing and handling. Ensure the packing of necessary equipment to be dispatched transformers in line with shared by design.

  
  
  

• Excellent user of Ms. Office Program&SAP knowledge is an asset.

  
  
  

• Good command of written and spoken English & Turkish.
