What you'll be doing: Developing and executing user acquisition campaigns across various digital channels.
Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing strategies to meet growth targets.
Conducting A/B tests to identify effective marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaborating with the design team to create compelling ad creatives.
Tracking user data and building comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.
Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge.

Proven experience in performance marketing, particularly in user acquisition for mobile apps.
Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and any other relevant advertising tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
A background in app marketing is a plus.
