More about the role
This is an exciting opportunity to start your marketing career as a Marketing Communications Management Trainee in Istanbul with Signify.
In this role, you will support the Marketing Communications team in delivering impactful campaigns, strengthening brand visibility, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive business growth. You will gain hands-on experience across different marketing activities while collaborating with experienced professionals and cross-functional teams.
This role is designed as part of our early talent development approach, offering high-potential candidates the opportunity to gain practical experience, learn from industry experts, and build a strong foundation for a career in marketing.
In this role you will:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, launches, and communication initiatives
  
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and digital content aligned with brand guidelines
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
  
• Contribute to event organization, partner engagement activities, and trade marketing initiatives
  
• Support marketing performance tracking and reporting of campaign results

More about you

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, preferably with 1–2 years of internship or professional experience in marketing or public relations.
  
• Strong interest in marketing communications, branding, and digital marketing
  
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
• Good command of English and Turkish
