Qualifications:

•Preferably bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.

•Minimum Upper Intermediate in English both verbal and writing

•Fully computer literate with solid knowledge of MS Office

•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

•Advance written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Having knowledge on drawing tools is an asset.

•Strong follow up, organization and planning skills

•High customer focus and teamwork spirit

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues

•Having strong customer relationship management skills

Job Description:

•Work on parts’ packaging design with the customer & Supplier and make the necessary updates on the internal database.

•Audit parts packaging documents to ensure customers' are met required standards & quality.

•Supporting new projects’ parts packaging duration and making the required reports.

•Preparing foresight packaging studies for pre-project phasing and submit it to responsible Packaging Engineer.

•Decides if any special design packaging tool is required or not based on the data that provided by project teams.

•Download parts’ data and upload them to special software to determine pack quantity.

•Assist suppliers for a new part entry to customer database.

•Responsible to inform suppliers for phase in (new parts) and share necessary information.

•Supporting project phases by completing required confirmation on both the customer & supplier side.
