Our Team:

The Solid Packaging department at Sanofi's Lüleburgaz site plays a critical role in pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring that solid dosage forms are packaged to the highest quality and efficiency standards. Our team is committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable supply to patients. What makes us unique is our collaborative culture, our focus on data-driven performance, and our dedication to developing the next generation of manufacturing professionals.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor and track production line efficiency

• Track and report department KPIs on a regular basis

• Work in close coordination with the team leader to support daily operations

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Solid Packaging department

• Support data collection and analysis for operational performance

• Participate in cross-functional projects and process improvement activities

About you

• Soft skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team

• Technical skills: Basic knowledge of production processes; proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)

• Education: Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th  year of an undergraduate program or first year of a graduate program in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

• Languages: Proficient in English (written and spoken)

• No obstacle to live in Lüleburgaz or Çorlu
