We are looking for a "Food Laboratory Sample Acceptance Team Leader'' for the Food Laboratory team of Intertek Türkiye office.

• Graduates of Food Technology, Chemistry, Food Engineering, or related departments from universities
• At least 3 years of experience in a food laboratory
• Knowledge of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17025 quality management system
• Proficient in sample processing, test entries, and reporting processes
• Proficient in using Office programs
• Basic level of English proficiency
• Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication skills
• Analytical thinker with high planning and organizational skills
• Open to development, attentive, organized, and responsible
• Preferably male candidates who have completed their military service
• Residing in the European side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure that tasks in the assigned section of the food laboratory are completed on time and correctly
• Ensure that all processes, from sample acceptance to reporting, are carried out correctly, completely, and in accordance with quality standards
• Check the accuracy of quotes, customer requests, and reports, and take necessary measures for sustainability
• Coordinate and direct the daily workflow of team members and monitor their performance
• Effectively monitor LIMS processes and ensure their use by the team
• Inform the team about compliance with food regulations
• Play an active role in audits related to the Ministry and accreditation bodies
• Engage in activities that increase customer satisfaction and communicate with customers when necessary
• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and disciplinary rules
• Ensure that reports are archived correctly.
