We are looking for a “Field Analyst” for Intertek Turkey office team.

• Preferably graduated from Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering or Chemistry departments
• Preferably with laboratory experience
• Preferably with sampling or field experience
• Preferably with a good command of English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Attentive, dynamic, open to learning
• Competent in coordination and time management
• Compatible with intensive work tempo and flexible working hours
• Have no domestic and international travel barriers and can travel frequently by air and road
• Good self-expression and strong communication skills
• Customer-oriented, analytical thinking, teamwork oriented
• Residing in Istanbul European Side
• Completed military service for male candidates
• B class driver's license and can actively drive.

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• To follow up the necessary sampling and test requests through the customer's information portals
• To make the necessary travel (by road or air) and accommodation organizations for sampling throughout Turkey
• Contacting producers in accordance with the deadlines for sampling and reaching an audit agreement
• Collecting the requested samples from production facilities / factories across Turkey in line with the requirements of customer programs
• Properly classify and package samples ready for shipment
• Creating inspection reports for sampling and forwarding them to the customer service team
• To forward the received samples to the assigned test laboratories within the specified periods
• To properly transport and store the portable test kit required for field tests and to prepare the necessary chemical and physical consumables prior to travel
• To perform and report the specified physical and chemical tests in accordance with the customer program during sampling inspections
• Entering audit and test results into the customer information portal and making necessary updates in the system
• To act in accordance with the Intertek Quality system, business and working values
• To comply with work safety rules within the department.
