Purpose of Role:

The End User Services (EUS) Support role is a key part of Weir’s Infrastructure & Operations function, delivering a reliable and high-quality IT experience for our colleagues. This is a hands-on role where you will make a real impact by ensuring the stability and performance of end-user services across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and global partners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to grow your technical expertise while contributing directly to Weir’s purpose-driven global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality End User Services (EUS) support, including onsite deskside support, in line with agreed service levels


  • Install, configure, maintain and monitor end-user hardware, software and services in accordance with defined standards


  • Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring accurate logging, documentation and timely resolution


  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, vendors and the managed service provider to support operational priorities


  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Level 2 IT support role within a medium to large organisation
  • Strong technical experience with Windows and macOS, Microsoft 365, SCCM/Intune and Active Directory


  • Solid end-user hardware knowledge across laptops, PCs, mobile devices and peripherals


  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly


Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying, without sponsorship.
