The Opportunity




For our Core Diagnostics Division CRDx we are looking for Digital Health Solutions Consultant to support the further development and adoption of our AlinIQ digital ecosystem, across Turkiye and CIS.



This position is designed for professionals who combine consultative capability, commercial understanding, and a strong interest in digital solutions, rather than deep technical IT specialization.




The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to laboratories and hospital stakeholders, identifying operational needs and aligning them with the most suitable AlinIQ Digital Health Solutions. The role includes customer engagement, workflow assessment, solution recommendation, and support during and after deployment.




Primary Objective of Position



  • Drives the sales effort for AlinIQ solutions and related professional services, generate new business by developing and closing key customer accounts.
  • Support the commercial team to maximize AlinIQ business by driving and supporting key subjects matters workflow consulting and informatics systems.
  •  Provides expert knowledge in the subject matters and internal training programmes.

What You'll do:



  • Conduct analyses of laboratory processes and discuss operational challenges with customers to identify digital opportunities.
  • Recommend suitable AlinIQ solutions based on customer requirements and workflow characteristics.
  • Support pre‑sales activities, such as product demonstrations, value discussions, and preparation of customer documentation.
  • Provide post implementation workflow consulting to ensure customer expectations and value propositions are delivered and recognized.
  • Collaborate with ITS team & Account Ambassador and attend post implementation kick-off meetings to ensure customer expectations will deliver as agreed in the presales process, make sure to Go-Live and on-time as required.
  • Seek ways to address the implementation issues, ensure coordination, and enhance the collaboration between AlinIQ team, customer, and distributor.
  • Explore value expansion opportunities within existing AlinIQ customers to increase base recurring revenue or to create new one-time revenue.
  • Deliver clear and structured presentations on digital solutions to laboratory leadership and operational teams.
  • Provide functional training and ongoing support to ensure effective solution adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and collaborate closely with the sales and delivery organization.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support long-term customer success.
  • Driving sales performance through accurate forecasting, initiative-taking mitigation planning, and delivering strategic business reviews that support sustainable growth.
  • Achieves consistent customer satisfaction as measured by NPS.
  • Collaborate with peers and respective stakeholders to plan, prioritize sales activities and customer contact to achieve agreed AlinIQ business aims in district level.

Required qualifications & background:



  • Good understanding of IT technology within hospital and laboratory environment, how technology drives value in the broader healthcare and laboratory space.
  • University degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, IT, or related discipline.
  • Experience in consulting, solution sales, customer success, digital health, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Understanding of digital workflows in healthcare (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Analytical approach and ability to translate operational needs into solution requirements.
  • Fluent in English and the local language, with availability for regular travel.
  • Ability to travel daily across assigned territory.
  • Knowledge, Deep knowledge and understanding of laboratories, diagnostic cycle, and related processes.
  • Experience, Minimum of 2 years history in the diagnostics industry with demonstrated success.
