Contract Logistics Production System Green Belt

We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt specialist to be part of our Contract Logistics team in Esenyurt, Istanbul.

You will lead the deployment of Lean principles at site level, applying key Lean Six Sigma tools to drive operational excellence. As the Site Green Belt, you will champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and ensure it is fully embedded across the site.

• Lead Kaizen initiatives and Green Belt projects;
• Support and co‑implement 5S, Visual Management, Work Instructions, and other Production System standards;
• Co‑lead 5S audits and assist Yellow Belts in their activities;
• Deliver YB/WB/Production System induction trainings;
•  Support and co‑facilitate DDVSA sessions and other Lean events (Kaizen, VSM);
• Contribute to the site’s Excellence 2.0 roadmap and continuous improvement maturity;
• Implement and manage the site’s idea/suggestion management process;
• Support daily performance management and follow‑up on project progress;
• Ensure accurate CI tracking, participate in savings validation, and build business cases for innovations;
• Drive productivity initiatives, ensure proper use of productivity tools, and contribute to client presentations.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or another relevant engineering field;
• Fluent English and Turkish (written and spoken);
• Green Belt certification preferred;
• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Lean roles;
• Availability to travel once per week to the Gebze site;
• Strong proactive mindset and ability to drive problem‑solving;
• Highly results‑oriented with excellent communication skills;
• Experience in Project Management (e.g., DMAIC);
• Skills in statistical analysis, training, and presentations;
• Ability to work in multicultural environments and support project team formation.
