What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy, ensuring strong alignment with the company's overall goals and values.
• Create brand communication strategies and ensure the execution of these strategies across all channels (TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing, etc.)
• Manage campaigns and communication projects from start to finish; take responsibility in all stages including idea development, creative processes, media planning, and performance tracking
• Develop innovative and competitive solutions to strengthen brand awareness and overall brand equity, focusing on customer-centric strategies
• Apply strategic thinking and a problem-solving mindset to adapt brand strategies to changing market conditions, customer needs and business priorities.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop strategies that differentiate the brand
• Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and in line with goals
• Lead and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing brand team.
• Manage the brand budget and ensure maximum efficiency

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in e-commerce and FMCG industries.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing brand strategies
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of solving complex branding challenges.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented.
