Why This Role Matters
As an Accounting Long Term Intern, you will be a key support pillar, ensuring our tax and expense processes run smoothly and accurately.
What You'll Do

• Support the team in managing diverse tax matters, ensuring high quality and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT refund lists for the tax administration, including the meticulous verification of invoice descriptions and dates from primary documents.
• Assist in the monthly VAT refund cycle by organizing lists and helping draft thoughtful responses to tax administration control reports.
• Partner with our external tax audit company by providing necessary customer sales data in a timely and organized manner.
• Take ownership of tracking, controlling, and recording employee expense documents (T&E), ensuring our team members are supported and reimbursed accurately.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's student (ideally in 3rd or 4th grade) majoring in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• You are looking to gain practical experience and can support us for at least 3 days a week.
• Good communication skills with a strong command of both written and spoken English, allowing you to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
